No. In-stock items get free next-business-day delivery with no minimum order, on a Highbar truck driven by a Highbar driver.
How fast will my office supplies arrive?
Order an in-stock item today and it arrives the next business day. For an emergency, same-day delivery is available on in-stock items for addresses within 45 minutes of our Memphis warehouse (38118) when you order by 12:00 pm and let your Highbar rep know. Do you deliver office supplies to homes?
No. Highbar delivers to businesses and organizations: offices, schools, government, nonprofits, facilities, and more. The only residential addresses we serve are group living organizations, such as group homes.

Yes. Public agencies and nonprofits can buy office and janitorial supplies from Highbar through the OMNIA Partners contract #158057 through AOPD, which can save you a separate bid.
What is your return policy on office supplies?
Most items can be returned within 30 days. Food and dated goods are not returnable. Call or email your Highbar rep to start a return.
