Delivery questions, answered
How fast is Highbar delivery?
In-stock items are delivered the next business day, free, with no minimums. Same-day delivery on in-stock items is available anywhere within 45 minutes of our Memphis warehouse (38118) when you order by 12:00 pm and let your Highbar rep know.
Is there a charge for same-day delivery?
Yes. Next-day delivery is free, but same-day delivery has a charge that covers the courier fee. Same-day applies to in-stock items ordered by 12:00 pm, and your Highbar rep needs to know so it can be scheduled.
Can I return an order?
Yes. Most items can be returned within 30 days. Food and dated goods are not returnable.
Who delivers my order?
Highbar does. Orders go out on Highbar-owned trucks with Highbar drivers, not a parcel carrier. Our drivers bring your order inside and put it where you want it.
Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
No. Next-day delivery on in-stock items is free with no minimums.
What if my business is outside the Memphis area?
Our trucks cover about 45 miles around our local distribution center in Memphis. If you have locations outside that area, call 901-762-1270 and we'll talk through options with you.
