Can we restrict what employees can order?
Yes. Items on your price plan are marked approved, and anything outside it is restricted and triggers an approval. You can also require approval on every order.
Can we buy from Highbar through a cooperative contract?
Yes. Highbar has access to the OMNIA Partners contract through AOPD, contract #158057 (Office Supplies and Services), available to schools, government agencies, and nonprofits.
