Dispenser questions
Do I have to sign a lease to get free restroom dispensers from Highbar?
No. Highbar has no lease agreements on free towel, tissue, soap, or sanitizer dispensers, and no penalties if you decide you don’t want to work with us anymore. Competitors typically require a lease agreement of 3-5 years.
Who owns the dispensers?
You do. With Highbar you own the dispensers. Installation is free and usually complete within 1-3 days, and we use up your existing product to remove waste.
What happens to the dispensers if we stop buying from Highbar?
They stay on your walls, and they're still yours. There's no charge back and no penalty. We trust you to keep buying the refills from us because the service is good.
We have Tork dispensers now. Can you replace them?
Yes. Highbar doesn't supply Tork dispensers, but we'll switch them out for you at no charge. We install Kimberly-Clark/Scott Professional, Marcal, or universal non-proprietary dispensers, and installation is free.
Which paper towel dispenser brands do you install?
Kimberly-Clark/Scott Professional, Marcal, and universal non-proprietary dispensers. Universal dispensers take standard refills instead of one brand's proprietary rolls.
Do you install dispensers at homes?
No. The dispenser program is for businesses and organizations: offices, schools, plants, warehouses, restaurants, and public buildings. The only residential addresses we serve are group living organizations, such as group homes.
How do refills get to us?
